Aaliyah Dana Haaughton rose to notoriety after she released the album she dubbed Age Ain't Nothing More Than A Number in the year 1994. Aaliyah Danahaughton was only fifteen when her debut album was released as Gold. It was made as a collaboration that was highly influenced by R. Kelly and it placed her in the limelight.
