Jenna-Louise Coleman, a British actress who is well-known for portraying Clara Oswald on the TV show Doctor Who, has a large fan base. As a child she began her acting career when she was a member of Yer Space. She was an actor in the play Crystal Clear in the Edinburgh Festival. Coleman's performance was well-received and she received an award. Coleman's first appearance was on Emmerdale, a soap opera that premiered in the year 2005. She appeared as Jasmine Thomas.
